What is a World Famous Bradshaw Buckaroo?

First let it be known that the term "Bradshaw" was the VR-24 call sign when we went to the ships(Aircraft Carriers).  Hence Bradshaw Airlines.  A Buckaroo(Texas style) is a super nice person that knows about real life.

That leaves "World Famous"; when you leave your normal place of work(the Med) and go through the Suez Canal and go as far as the Indian Ocean, Singapore, and Perth, Australia,  then you can say I am a World Famous Bradshaw Buckaroo.

Hey Everybody

This is Gene Walsh and I was in VR24 back in 1974 , I was a plane

Captain on the C1A and stationed in Naple's Italy . My son just got order's to Rota Spain . I cant hardly remember any names back in the day . I remember John Fischer who was a Plane Captain with me and I remember Patty who I last saw years ago in Pensacola FL. I wish I had kept better track but I was young and dumb.  I look back and wish I had some of the stuff they have now....like the Internet

That would have been really nice .....when I went over you had to write a letter and things were a lot slower then....now with the Internet and Cell phones and VONAGE phone service its like you never left...anyway if you were in VR24 back in 1974-1978 give me

a holler if you remember me or not
